5. BOOKINGS AND BANK CARD DATA
Online bookings are processed through the secure D-EDGE booking engine.
Bank card data are protected and access is restricted to authorised individuals. Where such data are made accessible through the hotel management software for the purposes of managing a booking, they automatically become inaccessible or are deleted after the guest’s departure.
The Hôtel de Champagne never publishes or discloses bank card data to unauthorised third parties.
6. DATA RETENTION PERIODS
