Reservation
All bookings made must be guaranteed by credit card number.
Regulations
Payment for the stay must be made on arrival.
Deposit
30% upon confirmation of reservation for long stays and groups, by cheque, bank transfer or credit card. VAD (distance sale contract) is possible.
No-Show
In the event of no-show or cancelling of a reservation, the first night of the reservation will be charged to the credit card or an invoice will be sent for payment.
Cancellation conditions
Any cancellation must be made in writing (letter, fax or e-mail) 24 hours before the arrival date.
In the event of departure during the stay after 12 noon, we are entitled to invoice the following night.
The cancellation policy is 24 hours. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge the credit card for the first night’s stay.
Arrival time
Rooms are rented from 2:00 p.m. to 11:30 a.m. the next day.
