Your booking at Hotel de Champagne in Angers
If you book directly by phone or on our website, the cancellation period is 1 day before arrival. In the event of no-show or cancellation beyond this deadline, a one-night penalty shall apply.

By booking on our website, you will receive confirmation by email via our booking system. The Reservation Department will also confirm by email the processing of your request according to your wishes (single room, double room etc.).
Getting to Hotel de Champagne in Angers
The rooms at Champagne Hotel are available from 2:30 pm. However, if availability permits, we will give you access to your room earlier; otherwise, the luggage service will be available to you.
Reception is open 24 hours a day. If you arrive late in the evening or during the night, our night receptionist will be there to welcome you.

The hotel does not have a private car park. The CCTV-monitored Saint-Laud 1 and Saint-Laud 2 public car parks are located less than 50 metres from the hotel. Parking charges are set by the operator, so we recommend checking the information displayed at the car park entrance.
Yes. Hotel de Champagne has secure bicycle storage, subject to availability. It is free when booked in advance and costs €8 when no prior reservation has been made.

Breakfast is served every morning in the breakfast room or in your room. An early breakfast before 6:30 am is available on request from reception.
Our 29 rooms are air-conditioned, with an adjustable system in each room.
No: for a family of 4 or more, we can combine two rooms on the same floor. Our rooms are limited to 3 guests.
Baby beds are available on request at the time of booking at a rate of 8 euros per night.
We don’t have communicating rooms. Depending on our availability, we can arrange to book rooms side by side or close to each other on the same floor.
All our bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer. If you bring your own, voltage is 220V.
The whole hotel is non-smoking.
Our hotel is not accessible to people with disabilities and reduced mobility. Nevertheless we have an elevator. Feel free to contact us if you have any requests.
Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, at reception and in the breakfast room.
For hygiene and comfort reasons, pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Your departure
The room must be vacated at 11:00 am on the day of departure.
Yes, the hotel keeps your luggage free of charge on the day of your arrival (before check-in) and on the day of your departure (after check-out). For a deposit lasting more than one day, ask at the reception desk about the possibilities offered.
We accept payment by bank card, including Visa and American Express, French holiday vouchers and cash.
Please contact reception as soon as possible. Rooms are checked by both the housekeeping team and the head housekeeper after departure. If an item is found, we will contact you immediately.
